本产品为腰果采购订单定金/预付款，适用于客户委托 ZGRY DALIY MARKET CO., LTD. 代为采购柬埔寨腰果产品的订单。

This product is a deposit / advance payment for cashew procurement orders. Customers appoint ZGRY DALIY MARKET CO., LTD. to purchase Cambodian cashew products on their behalf.

客户在支付定金前，应先与我司确认采购需求，包括腰果产品类型、采购数量、产品规格、包装方式、交付地点、物流方式、报价及预计交付时间。定金支付成功后，我司将根据双方确认的订单内容安排采购、验货、包装及发货准备工作。

Before making payment, customers should confirm the product type, quantity, specification, packaging method, delivery location, shipping method, quotation, and estimated delivery time with our company. After the deposit is paid, we will arrange procurement, inspection, packing, and delivery preparation according to the confirmed order details.

本定金/预付款将计入最终订单总金额，不属于额外服务费。尾款金额将根据双方最终确认的采购数量、产品价格、包装费用、物流费用及其他实际费用进行结算。尾款通常在订单确认、验货完成或发货前支付，具体以双方确认的订单、发票或采购协议为准。

The deposit / advance payment will be counted toward the final order amount and is not an additional service fee. The remaining balance will be settled based on the confirmed product quantity, product price, packaging cost, shipping cost, and other actual costs. The balance payment shall be made according to the confirmed order, invoice, or procurement agreement.

每一笔付款均对应真实的腰果采购订单、客户采购需求、订单记录、发票或采购协议。本产品不属于虚拟充值、投资产品、金融产品或无商品收款。

Each payment is linked to a real cashew procurement order, customer requirement, order record, invoice, or procurement agreement. This product is not a virtual top-up, investment product, financial product, or unrelated payment collection.

退款说明 / Refund Policy：
如客户支付定金后，因我司无法完成采购、无法确认订单或无法安排交付，客户可申请退还已支付的定金。

If we are unable to complete procurement, confirm the order, or arrange delivery after the customer has paid the deposit, the customer may request a refund of the deposit.

如客户已确认订单，且我司已经开始采购、验货、包装、订舱、安排物流或产生其他实际成本，相关实际成本可能会从定金中扣除，剩余金额将根据双方确认结果退还。

If the customer has confirmed the order and we have already started procurement, inspection, packing, booking, logistics arrangement, or incurred other actual costs, such costs may be deducted from the deposit. The remaining amount will be refunded according to the confirmed result between both parties.

发货说明 / Delivery Terms：
订单确认后，我司将根据客户采购数量、包装要求、交付地点及物流方式安排发货。具体交付时间可能受到采购周期、验货时间、包装要求、运输安排、目的地清关及不可抗力因素影响。

After order confirmation, we will arrange delivery based on the purchase quantity, packaging requirements, delivery location, and shipping method. The actual delivery time may be affected by procurement cycle, inspection time, packaging requirements, transportation arrangement, destination customs clearance, and force majeure factors.

付款前请先与我司联系确认订单信息。未经确认直接付款的订单，我司将联系客户核实采购需求后再继续处理。
